98 Suburban Pressure Issue

Brand new compressor, o tube and condenser. Everything was vaccumed out to zero. I have high pressure on the low side, low pressure on the high side.
Is there anything else that can be blocked besides the o-tube?
It's all brand new so I have no idea what is happening.

I know this vehicle takes about 5 of the smaller cans of Freon because of the rear air.
After the second can the AC cycled normally. After the 3rd can it started cycling on and off every 5 seconds.

Both pressure switches (low and high) are brand new.

I started a new thread because I replaced everything and have new issue.
