My source says your car originally called for 27.0 ounces net weight (765.4 g) of R-12 and 7.75 fluid ounces (229.2 g) of mineral oil. Figuring, say, 75 percent of the R-12 charge would yield 20.25 ounces net weight (574 g) of R-134a and the same amount of oil as the original spec, except substitute PAG 46 for the mineral oil, which isn't compatible with R-134a.

went to a another ac specialist, fifth different one, fifth guy placed ac guage on low side and accelerated the engine and said since the pressure was around 50 psi and didnt drop much that the car needed a new compressor. fifth guy said that the compressor currently installed is a 10 p 13 comressor and that a 10 p 13 or a 10 p 15 compressor could be installed. I asked him the difference between a 10 p13 and a 10 p15 compressor and he said only the number. I think that perhaps the 10p15 is larger than 10p13 so it would cool better and faster, correct me if I am wrong.
I asked at a ac parts supplier and they told me that 10 p13 and 10p15 compressors are not available and only option from them was a 10pa15 compressor and since the pulley is different on the 10pa15 a modification would be necessary. the modification would be to see if the pulley on the current 10p13 compressor is good and install on the new 10pa15 compressor.
i asked fifth ac guy if we could install a 10pa15 compressor with the 10p13 pulley and fith ac guy said that that was not possible.
apparently first ac guy told me that there is no pistons and valves available to reconstruct a 10p13 compressor available so best thing would be to get a new compressor.

Is it better to buy a denso used compressor or a new chinese or korean compressor?

Avoid a rebuilt compressor like the plague.
Why not ask Tim the forum owner what he might have available for your application. Soon you'll be up to 6 AC guys.
Wouldn't it be nice if there was a guy out there who really knew what he was doing
