RV a/c questions

Hi new to the forum. I am working on an a/c on my rv and have some questions. On pressures I am seeing a max of 30psi on the low with up to 250 on the high side 90 degrees oat. When starting up and turning the ac on it takes several minutes for pressure to start building. With pressure building I see a jump on the high side from 150 to 200, cooling at ducts is only in the fifties, this is at engine idle. With engine increased to 1100 rpm I also see the 150 to 200 jump in pressure. When running the engine at 1100 rpm the pressure runs at 30-225 for several minutes then slowly starts dropping to 10-150 for several minutes and then back up. The rv has had a history of leaks and is a 2008 model. I have replaced the leaking hose. How would the system behave if I did not get all the moisture out when evacuating? Any thought would b greatly appreciated. Thanks

After looking at my post I realized that I had left out important information and don't see a way to edit post.

When seeing the pressure swings the compressor clutch is not cycling.

Looks like a sticky TXV. If there is severe water contamination, water can freeze in the TXV, but more likely the valve is just bad. Replace the drier too.

Sorry, there is just not much information about the vehicle.

42 foot Diesel Pusher A/C is nowhere close to the A/C in a 12 foot class B unit.

2008 Sprinter chassis? 2008 E series Ford?

210,000 miles? or 8,000 miles?

"History of leaks" did Anybody put leak sealer in it?
