2005 duramax blows hot air at stops

I have a 2005 Chevy duramax with the LLY diesel. My airciditioning has been evacuated and charged, the condenser has been replace but still blows warm air at stops when the a/c is on.. it’s worse on hot days.. any help?

First thing is check the fan clutch or electric fan(s) in the engine compartment, whatever yours has.

And make sure that the AC condenser is not clogged with leaves, dead insects, mud, etc.
