Ford focus 1.0 ecoboost ac panel problem

Hi everyone hopefully someone can help me out with this problem. I'm a new member and I'm looking forward to participating in the forum so here we go.
My 2013 ford focus 1.0 ecoboost ac compressor cluch only works when you hold the ac button in on the panel.
The button lights up as normal but if you let it go the compressor cluch stops.
Anybody seen this before??
Any help would be much appreciated guys thanks again Steve

Not certain if it just a switch or complete contorl head. But either way you should be able to replace the switch.
