Manifold Gauge pressures

When you hook-up your gauges to read pressures; are you suppose to read them at a certain rpm; also when you're charging the system do you charge it at a certain rpm? Thanks in advance to any replies

Yes I charge at a certain rpm---0 as in zero- I charge through the high side with engine off- filling the condenser with liquid refrigerant until my scale says the required amount is in the system. Then I start the car and suck in the hose refrigerant through the low side port.
