Hi

I have a WAC 2200 air conditioning service unit. I have a message on the display and when I contact WÜRTH , they said I needed to update the machine. I have been sent the files and instructions, but the instruct mentions that I need to connect a USB printer cable from the machine to a pc and follow the instructions. Upon looking at the usb port on the machine , it’s not a USB printer port, but a normal USB port. I have tried a USB A TO A and had it connected to a windows 10 laptop and a laptop with Windows XP. Both didn’t detect the machine on the laptop. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I can’t seem to attach pictures to this post

Hello, I wish I could help you but this is above my pay grade.
There are other consultants here who might be able to help, but plz recall that as a voluntary forum they are on here randomly.
I would suggest waiting patiently or recontacting the mfg
