Rookie here looking for wisdom.
From what I've read, you multiply your factory charge of R134A (1.4lbs or 22.4oz) by 0.64. Mine comes out to 14.34oz of R152A. Is this correct?
Molecular weight of R134A is 102. Same for R152A is 66. I thought you would add more R152A than a 1:1 to equal the same weights in gas volume or weight? So in elementary terms, gas for gas, one is lighter. Should take more of the lighter to equal the factory R134A charge?? And if you do match molecular weights, my charge would be 34.61oz of R152A. Is this right?
How to adjust charge from R134A to R152A?
