Has anyone used this piece of gear?
It's around $380 with oil separatory and filter/dryer so I was thinking that this combined with my Appion G5 would provide all the functionality you get with the Recycling stations that sell for around $3K to $5K except for the automation of weighing refrigerant etc.

This is not a complete unit. You would still need a recovery tank, a refrigerant scale, and a vacuum pump. See the instructions and the diagram in the manual
And of course your Appion G5

Thanks for the reply!
Yes, I have all of that.
Just wondering if anyone had actually purchased and used the Mastercool and whether it was worth buying or not.
Not sure how much oil is removed during the pumpdown and this would at least let you know what the amount was.
As far as the filter goes you can just use the in-line used on the recovery machine.
Thanks
