Good day 2015 Hyundai h100

blowing hot air
pressures all reading good, compressor cutting in, replaced expansion valve, but no change
lines are cold on suction and hot on liquid.
im suspecting a bad compressor , but looking for any experienced on this model please

OK, fairly good start.
We assume R134.
Were those pressures at 1500 RPM? If not please repeat at that RPM, doors open, recirc on, max cool setting, max fan.
Did anyone do anything to the system before it starting blowing warm?
You achieved what level of vacuum before you recharged? Was the vac pump an electric one or run on compressed air.
How much refrigerant by weight did you install?

Using fingers, compare pipe in and pipe out of evap, they should feel equally cold.
By any method you can, please tell us the temps in and out of condenser as close to condenser as possible.
Why was the valve replaced? Is this a block type valve on the firewall?
Has anyone ever topped system off with one of those AC pro kits that has freon, a hose, and a gage? If so did the freon can include any type of sealer?

Lots of details needed, and then we can help.
Could also be a faulty blend door allowing air from heater core to mix in.
At this point not suspicious of compressor

yes 134a
it is night time now. will check in the am
the things you asked me to
the blend door is manual and i checked that already.
i can only use infrared thermometer to check the condenser in / out
and those pressures were at idle. will check again @ 1500rpm
will let you know in the am..

*ps* i suspected the expansion valve so changed it. that obviously was a mistake
and i am th eonly one who has worked on this. it is my truck.
vacuumed 500 microns and then put in recommended h100 28oz for my truck

No, this is european spec.

parts are so darn expensive and not available that everything i have to order
so this makes my life quite hard tryiung to find what is bad so i can order it.

ambient temp ; 77F

evap - cool both
condenser : inlet 108F
condenser : out :98F

**these measurements were @ 1500rpm

gauges ; low: 20psi (vapour)
; high 160psi (liquid)
*twas very early in the am . OF course the ac felt cold coming out. but i know its a lie!!!

Evacuating to 500 microns is excellent. But how long did you evacuate it?

You also mentioned that you charged 28 ounces of R-134a into the system. But how did you do that, by using a refrigerant scale to weigh-in the exact amount, or by using approximately 2-1/2 12-ounce cans? The reason I ask is because the system appears to be slightly undercharged based on your second set of pressures at 1,500 RPM, even at a relatively cool 77F ambient.

That said, it would be best to wait until the ambient temperature rises to 80F or above before working on it—that is, evaluating center-vent temps, recording pressures, etc.

When you say "hot air," do you mean that it feels like heated air is coming from the vents, or do you mean that the temperature of the air coming from the vents is approximately the same as the ambient air?

It was the heater control valve -
way under the truck on chasis.
disabled heater for now as not needed.
water was continuously going through heater and not stopping by check valve

now it is working perfectly.
