Hello. Please feel free to laugh at my noob mistake...
I received a new AC compressor and wanted to see how the clutch turns on it. Started turning, maybe made 1-3 revolutions max and then stepped away from it. A few seconds later, there was a large pop and PAG oil flew out of one of the openings.
So in hindsight, I now know that the seals on the compressor used for keeping the PAG oil caused the pressure to built up, something I initially didn't give any thought too. My question is, did my action cause any internal damage to the other seals in the compressor or everything should be ok?
Thanks in advance.
