Vacuum Pump CFMs?

I am in the market for a new vacuum pump for my RV but I see them advertised from 150 cfm to 400 cfms. Is more better or is it just a question of the time it's hooked up?

CFM has no effect on vacuum. High CFM pumps mean a technician spends less time evacuating large systems.

Dual-stage is more important in my opinion.
