1999 GMC 1500. The high pressure switch on the rear of the compressor is light blue with an oblong female connecter. All I can find in lt blue have round connecters. A red one is shown to fit this vehicle, will this work? Also would like to replace the switch that is on the compressor discharge line that goes to condenser. Is this high or low pressure? Thanks.

It looks kike the connecter adapts to the round switch and that is good as I have already bought a round one , but will the red switch work as it will be quite difficult to splice this on? What about the pressure switch on the discharge line from compressor to condenssor? Is it high or low it screws on to a valve? Thanks, Dave.
