Compressor o-rings (newbie question)

This is probably a stupid question, but I'd rather do it right the first time. This is the first time I've purchased a new compressor for my vehicle. The new compressor comes with a cap across the ports where the lines go in. My questions is, when I take that temporary cap off, can I just reuse the o-rings that it came with or do I need to buy new ones? I ask since I know the montra is never reuse o-rings but is there an exception for the ones that come on a new compressor's temporary seal?

Of course, I'm assuming there are o-rings under the temp port caps. I'd gladly use new o-rings but the seal kit I bought doesn't include ones big enough for the compressor. I've looked at a few other o-ring kits for my car and they don't seem to include the bigger o-rings/seals used on the compressor.

Might ask the compressor supplier. Personally, I would replace them.

The last three compressors I have purchased didn't even come with O-rings at all !!!
At least AMA person (maybe it was even Tim !!!) just grabbed some for me when I asked about that I picked up my brand-new compressor in-person.
Remember: O-rings must be refrigeration type, not hardware store type !!!
