If the condenser fan is not working properly the pressure will be high indeed. Too bad you can't get another reading once the fan is fixed.
I think we asked you to use your IR gun and shoot the pipe into and out of the condenser and post back. Would still want you to do that once the fan wiring is fixed, and yes, the fan draws about 12 amps so the wire connections must be good and strong and tight

Oh wow, had no idea it drew so much power. Ok, I will do a high quality repair on the wiring, properly test the condenser pipes and post back. Brand new to this but it makes sense now. Thank you for clarifying.

I'd say chances are good that the connector is the problem due to corrosion or physical damage.
