Vacuum for leak testing

I have a 30lb can of r134a and it has the 1/2 inch outlet that the gauges connect to without needing an adapter.

Makes sense, forgot to double check my 30lb jug. I have a Yellow Jacket R134A gauge set, they are all 1/4", R134A adapters I use are separate CPS brand with built in on/off valves with 1/4" inputs. I think the CPS adapters came as a three piece set with a 1/2" Acme female to 1/4" male adapter.
