Do you want to know how stupid I am?
I was going to point everything out to the tech so he knew the whole story, and a few seconds in he touched the top of the fan shroud and tried squeezing it to move it forward, towards the cooling stack.
There was a gap of nearly 3/4-1" between one corner of the fan shroud and the rear of the radiator.
Are you ready for this? One of the screws that holds the shroud to the radiator backed out and fell.
He didn't charge me to point that out.

At 90°F >50%H and in direct mid-day sun with windows down, the center vent temp is 52°F. With recirc off it can get to 58-60°.
It got so frosty inside, my glasses fogged up as soon as I rolled the window down after sitting in it.
When I noticed it lose its edge, in 98° days the vent temp would be just under 60°... with windows up. It just wasn't dehumidifying and lost that crispness.
I'm using a turkey thermometer in the vent for these measurements.

It calls for 23oz. I used every drop of two cans to compensate for the waste that remains in the hoses.
I had to use a pot of HOT water to keep every ounce of refrigerant gaseous and under pressure so very little was left in the can. I also misted the condenser at the same time with water so it would drop pressures in the system and draw more of it out.
