Re: Leak
Tim, looks like you came thru again.
Someone needs to tell him that his buddy that makes hydraulic hoses will not have the proper crimping rig for AC, and it will leak. AC requires so-called bubble crimp

Re: Leak
To be fair, I misunderstood what he was asking today. I was picturing a long all-alum line.tbirdtbird wrote: ↑Wed Jun 01, 2022 7:21 pm Tim, looks like you came thru again.

Re: Leak
Like that !!!
And it looks - to me - like the 2004 Frontier uses same condenser whether 2.4 L4 engine or 3.3 V6 engine. So the horizontal line that runs over top of the condenser doesn't need to be monkeyed with, slides through the notch in the high pressure line.
Re: Leak
The call for a different item number on the 2.4Ln Both have a notch in them.

Re: Leak
It is the solid aluminum liquid line from the condenser to the evaporator. I looked online and couldn't find one. It's worth looking some more I'm all for saving money. If I had a part number it would help, but I haven't even been able to find that.

Re: Leak
I posted links with images. He should be able to tell which one. If none of those, I have no other options.

Re: Leak
OK, your vague descriptions have confused most of us.
I now think you are looking for Nissan #92440-1Z701, the solid aluminum pipe that runs horizontal over the top of the condenser, which seems to run about $160 online.
