Take all the fittings apart and look. GM Tech makes a very good point about looking in the stock location for front air only, the condenser outlet-- there must not be one there or anywhere else before the tee to the back. Some new condensers come with the tube already installed and it is up to the mechanic to remember to pull it out if there is dual air. If you don't have an OT of course you need to add one.

Well doubled checked all fittings and found nothing so I installed the aftermarket OT kit and have front AC working fine. Thanks for all your help people!!

Wild that it didn't have an orifice tube, that's for sure !!! What rocket scientist had made that mistake, a new orifice tube might be $3 ?
