My 2010 Town and country AC blows only cold when moving. I found that the condensor fan will not turn on when I turn on the AC but it will turn on when I turn on the heater. The AC clutch seems to activate. What could be the problem? Thank you for your assistance.

Number one failure mode of mobile a/c is loss of refrigerant due to a leak-- so have your refrigerant pressures checked- best to recovered and weigh it out and compare to factory spec- then you'll know if you need to find and fix a leak....
