2006 Silverado A/C

I have a 2006 Silverado that has Dual Zone front controls.My A/C works great but
the drivers side will suddenly blow hot air while the passenger side continues to
blow cold. If I turn truck off and restart they both blow cold again.
I have just recently changed the Drivers Side Actuator door with a brand
new GM part and 2 days later it happened again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Kevin - did you go through the "learning process" for the truck computer. On my 2005 Yukon I replaced the actuator just to the right of the console a couple of years ago (in that instance both sides would blow hot until I shut off engine and restarted), and instructions or Internet stated a computer learning process. I used a Dorman aftermarket part.

If you already did that, I think if it was mine that I'd pull the electrical harness off that actuator while it was cooling, and try a few days with it unplugged, see if the truck stays cool. I ran our Yukon this way - manual activation - for a year before repairing it to be able to get heat in winter.
