Toyota Sienna rear air weak

I have a 2009 and the rear blower is very loud but not much air coming out of the vents. Air is cold. Any ideas of what to check? Actuator or vent door? Its manual a/c. Thanks

The good news is the rear evaporator assembly is not too had to get at...

They hold a lot of water when the drain plugs up.

Now try to imagine what that water will do to actuators, motors etc.

That's a good idea for him to check.

Also worth checking is to remove the rear case and make sure that the rear evaporator fins are clear and not all clogged up.
