2010 FORD E450 6.0 POWERSTROKE AC problems

2010 Ford E450 6.0 Powerstroke. This is a van chasis ambulance. I put the gauges on a hot 90 degree day here in Indiana. High side would cycle 150-180. Low side would cycle 30-50. On high idle around 1300rpm. and would blow temps around 80 degrees in cab. Looking for help here i am very new to this. Ive done a few AC jobs here and there but this one has me scratching my head. Im about to the point of recovering the system and starting fresh w/ new oriface tube and accumulator. Any input of tips and tricks would be greatly apprecited!
