well heres what i found
i put the gauges on and the pressure was 100 on both side with the car off
the orfice tube was clean and dry
the compressor appeared to be bone dry
i turned the compressor upside down and no oil came out
i let it sit upside down and no oil came out
i guess what happend is this
a year ago the ac port valve blew due to my radiator busting
i guess the ac tech never added oil i dont know
is oil suppose to come out a compressor
maybe you have to turn the compressor to get the oil out but my compressor is locked up
i pulled a vacuum and have it sitting i will check it in the morning just to make sure the system is sealed
i will order a compressor condensor and dryer when the time comes

Yes, likely the compressor seized due to lack of oil.
I had this happen on my '88 Mazda truck a dozen years after replacing the compressor (and adding right amount of R-12 mineral oil) with no loss of refrigerant over all that time. But AC worked fine one night in October (Arizona) and seized up the next morning driving to work. And not a drop of oil came out of the seized compressor !!!
Remember to backflush your lines from drier back to the compressor too (receiver-drier system) or from orifice tube back (if such system, and change out orifice tube as well).

when charging i will be using 3 12oz cans of 134a
the system calls for 34oz of 134a
do i measure with a digital scale some how or just try to get as much out of each can as possible

You should be able to get close trying to get as much out of each can as possible. Don't forget to flush the lines free of air before filling and between switching cans. I just 3 weeks ago added two cans of R134a after a repair to my 1998 Frontier, the sticker capacity under the hood stated 23 oz.
