Guage Pressures while running:
Temperature: 100F+
Low: 30
High: 150-200
When I rev the engine the low side goes way down, but the high side stays the same.
Blowing not very cool/warm air.

When you see very low pressure on the low side or even pulling into a vacuum, that usually means a defective metering device or something blocking it, such as desiccant beads. However, you replaced both the TXV and the condenser assembly with new parts. But because the high-side pressure is also abnormally low, the aging scroll compressor could be the problem. Having sealer in the system still bothers me, though, so replacing the compressor might or might not work. I always prefer to start with a completely clean and "dry" system, free from any sealer.

Based on the vehicle listed and the symptoms posted. Control Valve in the compressor. We have new aftermarket compressors if you can't find a control valve somewhere.
