I bought a Classic Air system and it has no instructions about wiring and I can't get them on the phone, so I'm hoping someone here can help.
So the Classic Air switch that I have apparently does both high and low switching.
Which eliminates the need to have two switches wired for the A/C. Which my old 1982 car had.
The problem I'm having is I don't know exactly how it should be wired.
Originally, the two Orange/Black Stripe wires used to go into the Low Pressure Switch. I'm guessing they will need to be combined into one and then that will be plugged to one side of the new switch.
There is a Black wire connected to the old High Pressure Switch and an Orange/Black Stripe wire connected as well.
I'm guessing that the Black wire will need to be disconnected from the old High Pressure Switch and then connected to the other side of the new switch.
If this is correct please let me know.
And also does this mean I can remove the old High Pressure Switch entirely and simply terminate the other Orange/Black Stripe wire that connected to it?
I've included pictures. If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.

Re: Wiring Question on New A/C Switch
The 2 old switches should be in series with the hot wire to the compressor relay. So, if either were to open, the comp would shut down.
So, for one of the switches (it matters not which one), wire the two harness wires together.
For the other switch, connect the 2 harness wires to the 2 new switch wires. The polarity does not matter.
I assume your new switch is physically connected to the dryer.
