So where would the best place to add the extra oil? I am thinking the compressor discharge hose.
Also where would the best place be to install the trinary switch, the compressor discharge or the drier/filter?

The compressor discharge hose is a great place for extra oil. It spreads through the system with the refrigerant.
I prefer to put switches like that in the dryer if you have a port available. The compressor discharge is pretty hot, and while the switch is designed for underhood service why run it hotter than necessary.

I am having trouble confirming:
I want of course the compressor with the highest capacity and can only assume the 10S20F has a higher capacity than the original 10S17F but as I said have not been able to confirm this.

Challanges are:
1) Low compressor capacity on diesel low rpm w/ 10pa20.
Consider A6 12.6 cu in or better Diesel Kiki TM31. These com[ressors do not circulate much oil. Oil coats heat exchangers which insulates and reduces heat transfer. Oil also reduces compressor capacity.
2) No ram air with rear condensers.
Consider front mounted condenser from HMMVW
Consider louvers to grab ram air into rear condensers
3) Wasted effort for 2 R/D
4) 2 Evaps can peak discharge pressures
May want a pressure switch cut out on rear evap at high discharge pressure in south TX
5) Due to no insulation, evaps are spot coolers only
Seal out outside air except initial start up
Insulate X 3
6) Dual alternators
Drive belts must be a nightmare, if so,
Invest in super 24 (28 volt) alternator
24 volt clutch is OK w/ 28 volt input (on Sanden)

I have seen this unit mounted at the rear ceiling of shuttle busses several times. Basically a double width version of what is in that box, with 2 blower motors and 4 fan wheels. Ready to mount underneath a surface. And available from the site sponsor.
