Brad, gotcha. Thanks. And yes 410 pressures are crazy, I do resi also. Resi is easier!
Tested 152 on my TIFF and it does pick it up

You can as has been suggested add a couple of ounces of R134 and pressurize the system with nitrogen to 150psi for the sniffer.
I have a leak detector (TIP 5550) but it appears that as a minimum it needs a new tip, I am getting very erratic results. Replacement tips on order, will report back if I still have an issue finding the leak. Thanks for following this thread.

I've seen equalized Low side/High side pressures of 275psi at Lake Havasu AZ at 120 degf ambient,sun-soaked hot engine shut down in Pontiac Formula doing hot soak testing- Black painted car- so yes the evaporator can take it.
