Hunting down AC Relay for 1989 Mazda truck

Post by Cusser »

Someone I know bought used AC parts to add AC to his 1989 Mazda B2200 truck, and got hoses re-done and a brand-new compressor. But he's missing the AC relay on the evap box (and it's small harness).

Can someone supply a factory part number for the factory/dealer AC relay, or is there a universal type that could be wired in. It's a simple 4-terminal relay, but we've not yet pinned down a Mazda part number or a suitable replacement.

Thanks; will try parts yard if necessary.

The relays I have all have number 334160 4386 and 12V stamped on them, but no
manufacturer name, and I couldn't Google any matches.

Thanks for checking, and I checked my used parts boxes for him. I turned out that I had 3 spare AC relays, and 2 partial harnesses.

The guy I know was able to find such relay and full harness from a parts yard, so he didn't need mine.
