I've been shopping Amazon for core removal tools and I'm finding that most are inadequate if you go by the one star reviews.
Most seem to have problems with poorly made/weak components that either break, or fail to grab the core due to sloppy tolerances and some are not long enough to get the core past the ball valve.
What brands are you using that you find serviceable?
Are there any cheapies that are adequate (maybe not stellar)?
It's no problem when system is not under pressure, but when you want to get the core out of the way under pressure, it matters.
Thanks!

cheap stuff never works, you know that.
Cheap tools that don't work or break easily are actually the most expensive

master cool will work fine. some of the small valve cores that look like a tire valve will get stuck, it will screw out but will not come out the case is stuck. you have to pull it apart with needle nose pliers then use a easy out to remove the valve outer case that has the rubber seal on it.
