Compressor Model: 10S17C - These are not normally noisy compressors. No mufflers as stated.

Not a bunch of options here. Poor insulation of the cab. Add in-line muffler to discharge line. Is your compressor a rebuilt model?

You will read on this forum that fan clutches only last 2-3 years. Best to change them out proactively
