I'm still looking for that magic Ford truck that blows 38 degree air out the vents with the fan on HI on a 100 degree day with the doors open.
My calculations say that it is impossible, so I need more information.

Is there a question embedded in here somewhere...
Please provide model , year,
what has gone wrong with the system and what has already been done,
Who has worked on the system, a pro shop or DIY,
where are you located, (NV, AZ, FL, etc)
if possible provide the following,
ambient
with engine at 15-1800 RPM:
low side reading
high side reading
vent temp using a thermometer
How did you arrive at your calculations?
The more info you provide the better we can help you
