Unless the condenser is visibly caked with mud, you get to recover it and figure out what the previous owner did.
I would recover it, disconnect the liquid line at or near the TXV and place it in a container to catch what comes out...
Then disconnect the compressor discharge line and pressurize it and the condenser with the rubber tip blow gun and some shop air.
Too much oil from repeated hack repairs will leave no room in the system for the proper refrigerant charge.

Yes U.S. but that chart is for trucks with rear A/C which this doesn't have.

Odd, no one lists 2015 with single air.
But follow the other's advice. You have some work to do before playing with charge levels.

This vehicle is a perfect example of why we tell people to do the full load test.
None of what follows is aimed at you OP:
Trying to add even more refrigerant to a troubled system at idle. People will look at every pressure chart they can find on the internet trying to justify the pressures they see at idle. Posters will make every excuse in the book to avoid a proper test (no humans around).
I know it can be harder with the newer drive by wire cars, but the OP proves it can be done.

Well, from all the special lights and plugged holes in the roof, I would say yes. Plus I don't think any civilian car sold in the last 30 years came with a rubber floor cover.

Ok, so it spent a lifetime idling while it racked up 135k miles.
The compressor obviously works ok, it may have been replaced once.
Fleet vehicles like those can had odd issues. Evaporator full of dog hair used to be common with K9 units. Can you get an inspection camera to the evaporator with the cabin air filter removed?
Let us know what you find when you open the system / inspect things.

Yes, over 10,000 hours idling. And this was not a dog unit, my nose can tell.
