Just had the evap core and ac compressor replaced in my 2014 F250 diesel. It now blows very cold but every 15 seconds there is a breathing/wheezing noise similarly to darth Vader coming from the right side of the dash. Any tips to fix or suggestions of the cause?
*Also*
Max AC brings vent temperatures to the low 40s. I live in Florida so the outside temp currently averages in the 90s during the day.

I'd be tempted to contact the installer

Have already had it back there, they said they’ll tested it with the computer and everything checks out. Trying to find out any other possibilities before I go back

When was the last time the cabin air filter was replaced?

Sounds like TVX hiss, some evaporator do it worse than others, being undercharged makes it worse. could also be the evap pipes are making hard contact with the HVAC unit case
Edit: Was it an aftermarket TXV? You might switch back to an OEM, or if the noise doesn't bother you, don't do anything, it won't hurt any hardware

Agree, what makes me wonder it is a block valve.
