i had my ac on because of the saharan dust out i didnt want to roll the windows down and let the dust in

I've done exactly that on both my 1988 Mazda truck and on my 1998 Frontier truck. On the Mazda truck, helped me diagnose slipping AC clutch (turned out that the retaining bolt was simply loose) and a slipping AC clutch on the Frontier as well (had to remove a clutch shim to fix).penguins25 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 15, 2021 10:17 amI was thinking to wire a tiny led light to the compressor so i can see exactly when the compressor is running .....
