Yes that’s what I’m thinking. I am hoping the increased capacity would make a noticeable difference.

Actually If the bolt holes fail to line up at all with the pulley in the right place, making an adapter is pretty simple.

It gets harder when one or more holes ALMOST line up.

That’s one of the ones I was looking at. It’s a 141mm clutch vs 114 on the FS10. This TM21 has a 127mm clutch. https://www.ackits.com/comp-tm-21-dir-r ... arch=Tm-21

Would that be a better compromise? Or will the increased capacity make up for the slower pulley speed? Also it has a lot more numbers in the model number so those matter? I figured out the groove count, and clutch size the rest are all Greek to me.

Do you have manifold blocks for these in stock?

By my rough measurements the direct mount is very close.

So true. Thanks for your help on this. I’m beginning to get a little excited. It may be quite the fun project.

Sorry in advance for hijacking this thread, for an off topic post. I can't figure out how to send a PM to hbabler :D

I'm coincidentally working on an Excursion project, and I can't figure out how/where the liquid line branches off to go to the rear unit. The suction line I have figured out. Is there any chance you could take a few pictures for me? Or better yet just sawzall off that entire portion of your truck and ship it to me free of charge? Now that I think about it, maybe the pictures are easier....

Careful Detroit.

Excursion owners are cult like. Nearly as bad as the Rx7 guys. Cutting one up could draw fire...

Like this or what type of block are you looking for. Besides being slightly different angles. I think the factory hose would match the rear ports.
