Whelp, she's all done. Under hood sticker said what came out to 1lb. 5.92 oz. Oil capacity based on the prior year models going back to '07 was 6 oz. - used PAG 46 based on that info. Added 3 oz. to new compressor, vacuumed, and charged - she's blowing 40° rolling down the road at 83° ambient at 73%...

To me this is screaming a radiator/electric fan/clutch issue. The high side pressures could be getting way up there, and kicking off the compressor.
