I put 6.2oz of page oil. This whole situation was strange to me. I expected to put 32oz of refrigerant in this thing and be done with it. Boy was I wrong.

UPDATE #2: Quite a bit more refrigerant was added to my system today. I think at least another 6-8ozs today for a total of about 10-12oz more. At 1500 rpms (ac full blast) I was able to get the low side pressure to just about 30psi and high side to 225psi. Ambient temperature outside is 86. Center v...

UPDATE: I added about 4 more ounces to my system. The system is working better and the compressor is sounding better. Believe it or not, I still couldn't get the low side up to 30 psi at 1500 rpm, it only got to about 26psi. At idle on full blast, the low side is sitting at 35psi and high side is 16...

I hear you. If the temps down here are 85 to 90 degrees right now, where should my low side psi/ high side psi ideally be at idle with ac on full blast?
