Thanks for the advice. I think I sorted it out, and you were on the right track -- it was overcharged. Rookie mistake! Others learn from my bad :) Turns out I was (1) trying to set pressures at the wrong RPM - idle. And (2) I was using a pressure table that had me trying to achieve too high low side...
