I’m in the US. Not sure if it makes a difference that the vehicle is a semi truck and not a car. I would assume most of the components are similar.

Thanks for the pix. Those crimps are not proper for AC work.. AC automotive requires so called bubble crimps. Nothing else will do….period. Find another shop and ask to see their crimping dies.
