I've noticed that on my first post that the image has not downloaded - the maximum file size is 256 KiB and my image has been resized at 145 KB - any reason why it won't download?

Here is the message that pings up:

Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.


What does that mean?

I'm trying to locate the rubber/metal items highlighted in pink - anyone offer a direction to where I could purchase a set?
