Looks like it’s a Sanden.
Ordered OEM TXV, bulb clamp, and wrap and R/D. Will measure what comes out of all components before I flush.

I also suspected the TXV. I did not suspect trapped air. Had the pump on for an hour, but there may be multiple issues that could cause the air to be trapped.
