id like to clean my condenser on my 08 mercury grand marquis
i plan on buying a water nozzle with a shower option but what do i use to spray on the condenser to clean it
can i just use a degreser or is there something else i need

I will probably buy another set of santech gagues from TIM
they only thing is my original santech gagues would bleed down after 12 or more hours
If they hold pressure for an hour do i just call it good?

ok i found robinaire hoses with a 14mm male end and i found robinaire 134a quick connects but they dont list the size of the quick connnects so i dont know if they will work with the hoses

I went to NAPA and checked out a guage set and the quality was horrible
the nipples where the hoses connect were pitted and they wanted nearly 200.00
I checked the nipples on my santech and they check out to be decent
I might just order hoses and quick connects for my santech

Im ordered some santech seals and replaced the seals and it leaks worse

I have a brand new set of santech gauges and its leaking pressure. I had to snug the hose connections with a pair of channel locks and it minimized the leak. Its still leaking a very small amount. Do you all have to tighten the hose connections like this. Is this normal or the correct way to go ...

i tried and opening the quick connect with the 134a going in and it didnt bleed
with the 134a still in and my swimming goggles on i cracked the connection at the fitting with two wrenches and it bleed out without a blow out of any o ring
now im set to recharge when the time comes

my gauges dont have the regular connection where the hose connects to the quick connect

i think there might be a o ring not sure though
